With its solid foundations and strong position, this company is on a mission to scale in a significant way.
They've recently transitioned from an enterprise growth model to a bottom-up, product-led self-service growth model and heading into the mainstream market.
As such, they've created a position for an awesome Head of Product Growth to lead them through the pivot and scale the product and the business.
This person will help the company maintain its #1 position, help build a best-in-class product with highly effective growth strategies and product features and rapidly expand its addressable market.
Adopting a true Silicon Valley-style organisational structure for growth, they'll also have the option of managing a 10+ growth team. The work will encompass working through the full Pirate Funnel, especially from Activation onwards and converting free users to paid users.
This role reports into the CEO and they'd like a leader who is a growth and product visionary and is aggressive in their approach towards driving their strategy and leadership to market.
Ideally you're a product-led growth leader with a top tech startup/scaleup anywhere in the world with proven experience in growing and scaling B2B products, especially product-led growth approaches. Top B2C products are also happily considered.
You are also passionate about your work and the products you work with and could one day get on the stage to be the chief evangelist, creating buzz and building advocacy.
