THE ROLEThe company is looking for a Head of Growth to lead the growth of their client and user base through product-led growth initiatives, lead its deeper expansion into the US and launch into new markets in Europe and play a crucial role in the upcoming Series B raise.
It is a newly-created role and will involve working through the entire pirate funnel, finding ways to grow the product itself, defining growth strategy and building a culture of experimentation and finding the most effective growth channels. Initially, there will be a focus on increasing free users to paid users.
This person will also have two direct reports and will scale the team as they continue to grow.
