The Company
This company is a VC-backed Aussie tech startup that is looking to change the face of patient care in the medical/health industry across Australia and the world. It already operates in Australia, US and Asia, providing a platform for medical patients to connect with the best resources, medical professionals and other patients – building a community. 

The company also works with large corporates/enterprises around the world to administer its white-label platform and programs. 

Due to its growth curve and roadmap, they’ll be searching for a high-calibre Marketing Lead, who will specifically lead enterprise growth for this company and working with companies across Australia,
US and Asia.


The Role
This Marketing Lead will be taking ownership and driving the growth of this startup, particularly through product marketing and branding.

This will involve building strong foundations within the marketing and growth, driving go-to-market, developing value propositions and stories for the product itself. This person will also foster the co-existence of product-led growth with enterprise sales, generate qualified leads, developing cross-functional campaigns between growth, marketing and sales and drive growth in ARR. 

In addition, the company will be taking on a rebrand to launch into the US market, as such, this person will have the opportunity to lead this.


Your Profile
You are a driven marketer with experience in product marketing (or elements of it), preferably with some branding experience too. You're hungry to learn and lead this startup in its growth through APAC and launch in the US. 

You are also strategic, a visionary leader and flexible to trying and testing different marketing and growth channels/techniques to optimise growth. You are also not afraid to get your hands dirty while you build out your team.
