We search for talented, high-calibre and proven Growth specialists that help tech startups grow, scale, get funded, which, ultimately will expand their reach and presence across the globe. We’ve so far helped startups in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK.
Headhunting and building relationships with these brilliant Growth Marketers and Growth Product specialists from around the world is core to what we do. That means you’ll have the opportunity to connect with, build a network and learn from some of the top Growth specialists from Australia, the US, Southeast Asia, India and the UK!
On the flipside, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with, and learn from CEOs, founders and leaders of some of the most innovative, fast-growth tech startups that are making game-changing products and disrupting industries across the globe!

You have either 3+ years of 360-degree recruitment experience with a successful track record within the tech ecosystem or you have 3+ years of business development, sales or account management experience within a tech startup/scaleup environment.

You’ll play a key role in helping your clients growth hack their startups by finding them game-changing Growth talent. Conversely, you’ll help that game-changing Growth talent find a startup that they can build into the next tech unicorn!
This is primarily a sales and relationship-driven role. We are a business development company that delivers headhunting and recruitment services.
Growing your own business within a business;
Being a partner, the client experience manager and the go-to person for tech startups when they’d like to find game-changing Growth talent;
Hunting and farming – whether it be cold calls, outreaches, networking, meetings, cultivating and building relationships with CEOs, founders and leaders of tech startups with the long-term view in mind. We do not do short-term transactions here;
Be the partner to Growth talent that want to find awesome opportunities with tech startups;
Search and headhunt top Growth talent across the globe and facilitating their connection with tech startups in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and wherever the opportunity arises;
Headhunting and recruitment – searching, interviewing and meeting Growth talent, building relationships and know their stories;
Forming assessments, shortlisting and presenting profiles to our clients;
Learning about growth marketing, product-led growth and tech startups in order to understand your client’s challenges and help them solve that through talent as well as understand the impact of the candidates you speak with.
