We help tech startups grow, scale and get funded. 


We help them build Growth teams by headhunting some of the top Growth specialists from around the world; connecting the two parties so they can ultimately disrupt industries together.

Headhunting and building relationships with brilliant Growth Hackers, Growth Marketers and Product Growth specialists from around the world is core to what we do. Our network of Growth specialists span across countries such as Australia, the US (including Silicon Valley), Singapore, Malaysia, India and the UK. 

By the same token we partner with CEOs/Founders of innovative tech startups that want to grow, scale and get funded by hiring some of these game-changing individuals. We’ve so far helped tech startups in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK.

We are a relatively young company, we are experiencing an increase in demand and we are growing. As such, we are hiring rainmakers who thrive in a startup environment, love solving problems, connecting with outstanding talent and business leaders and ultimately would love to build their own business within a business, earning uncapped commissions.

This is a great opportunity for a highly-driven, high-performing individual who sees the bigger picture in the tech world and cares about their client’s business and gets more excited about the client’s business than they do. You’d foster those relationships to help clients growth hack their business and hire game-changing talent to help them achieve their growth ambitions.

This is a primarily sales-driven role. We are a business development startup that delivers headhunting and recruitment services.

•Building your own book of business, growing your own business within a business;

•Being both a hunter and a farmer – cold calls, outreaches, networking, meeting, cultivating and building relationships with CEOs, Founders and leaders of tech startups with the long-term view in mind. We unequivocally do not do short-term transactions here;

•Being a partner, the client experience manager and the go-to person for tech startups when they’d like to find game-changing Growth talent;

•Be the partner to Growth talent that want to find awesome opportunities with tech startups;

•Developing productive, long-term relationships with CEOs, founders and leaders of innovative tech startups and scaleups; 

•Search and headhunt top Growth talent across the globe and facilitating their connection with tech startups in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and wherever the opportunity arises;

•Interviewing and meeting Growth talent, building those relationships, know their stories (we believe knowing a candidate’s skills + experience are not enough – we’d like to know their stories too);

•Headhunting and recruiting for roles that you are engaged in. This involves interviewing candidates, forming assessments, shortlisting and presenting profiles to our clients;

•Learning about growth marketing, product-led growth and tech startups in order to understand your client’s challenges and help them solve that through talent as well as understand the impact of the candidates you speak with.


You are a visionary and see yourself helping tech startups go on a massive growth curve, get more funding and disrupt industries. 

•You’d like to build your own client base, global candidate network and grow your own business;

•Being client-focussed and looking out for both your client and candidate’s bests interests are very important to you;

•You understand that delayed gratification goes a long way and you think more long-term and strategic. We do not do short-term, transactional relationships here at Datasii;

•3+ years of 360-degree recruitment experience (business development and candidate resourcing) with a successful track record within the tech startup/scaleup ecosystem and have built a great network of tech startup clients; or

•3+ years of business development or account management experience within a tech startups/scaleup so you understand the environment, challenges and solutions.


•Uncapped commissions and earning commissions of up to 40% of your sales;

•Building your own business within the business;
