The Head of Marketing will take ownership of the marketing function, including the B2B lead generation, overall go-to-market strategy, building it from scratch, establish positioning, channels, developing the brand and growing and galvanising the B2B user base.
The global TAM is > $10bn and the goal is to lead the company through the growth and scale of the product and growing revenue by 10X each year. This person will also lead performance marketing, growth marketing and product marketing.
You have been a marketing leader who has experience joining an early-stage startup, potentially pre-product market fit and helping the company find that product-market fit, create go-to-market strategies and setting up the foundations to drive growth and scale towards a success story.
You'd also have experience in B2B marketing, driving relationships, account-based marketing and generating pipeline and leads for the sales team.
