Job Description


This is a UK-based disruptor in the consumer goods subscription industry. It is actually both the leading and the fastest-growing D2C player in its market globally.

It is a mission-driven business that is changing the way consumers connect with manufacturers and creators of products by providing unprecedented access to both parties. It also supports those manufactures and creators that normally don't have the largest resources to compete against the commercial giants and this is funded through the subscribers and customers. 

There are over 1 million subscribers across 20 countries with about 10% of that subscriber total based in Australia.

The role is a Head of Growth Marketing, responsible for customer and revenue growth; leading the Australia/NZ paid and owned channels building strong foundations in paid search, paid social and scaling up the affiliates lead gen (although this channel is already very strong) and lifting their game on SEO and organic. 

This person will take full ownership of the digital marketing, partnerships and growth channels, working through the whole AARRR funnel to drive subscriber growth in Australia.

  • Entrepreneurial and willing to take risks, experiment, do unconventional things to grow and get attention 
  • Familiar with different viral marketing tactics, referral marketing and knowledge of some of the world’s fastest-growing startups and how they implemented different ideas.
