We're working with a startup that is quite unique. It’s a Growth consultancy that works with tech startups, scale-ups and large corporates to help them strategise, set up and execute successful growth. It’s also a company that is a tech startup in its own right as they're building their own SaaS products too.
Its clients include some of Australia's fastest-growing tech companies (and they are probably the reason why those scale-ups are fast-growth!) as well as large corporations that are household brand names.
This is a true Growth role. It's a combination of data analytics, marketing, product, strategy and engineering.
They’re looking for a Principal/Head of Growth to take ownership of their portfolio of clients. This will include project management and leading the team to deliver best-in-class growth consulting projects combining marketing, strategy, product, data analytics, engineering and managing a multitude of project resources in order to set up those startups, scaleups and corporates for successful growth and venture funding.
You're a highly experienced Strategy or Growth leader, preferably at the Senior Growth level or Head of Growth within a tech startup or scale-up and have been driven those organisations through successful growth and scale.
You also have great leadership as well as project management experience. Your armoury includes marketing, product, data analytics and have driven growth through the entire Pirate Funnel.
