Job Description


The Company

This company is a VC-backed Aussie tech startup that is looking to change the face of patient care in the in the medical/health industry across Australia and the world. It already operates in Australia, US and Asia, providing a platform for medical patients to connect with the best resources, medical professionals and other patients – building a community. 

The company also works with large corporates/enterprises around the world to administer its white-label platform and programs. 

Due to its growth curve and roadmap, they’ll be searching for a high-calibre Head of Growth Marketing, who will specifically lead enterprise growth for this company and working with companies across Australia,
US and Asia.


The Role
This Head of Growth Marketing will be taking ownership and driving the growth of this startup through enterprise channels. 

This will involve building strong foundations within the marketing and growth, driving go-to-market, developing value propositions and create enterprise marketing strategies from scratch. This person will also foster the co-existence of product-led growth with enterprise sales, generate qualified leads, developing cross-functional campaigns between growth, marketing and sales and drive growth in ARR. 

Due to the nature of the industry, this person will also need to find ways to shorten lead times, work their way through multiple layers of decision makers with long sales cycles. 

 


Your Profile
You are a highly experienced Growth Marketer, Head of Growth/Marketing, Marketing Lead with a successful track record of growing enterprise sales and have preferably done this with tech startups or scaleups previously. 

You are also strategic, a visionary leader and flexible to trying and testing different marketing and growth channels/techniques to optimise growth. You are also not afraid to get your hands dirty while you build out your team.
