The company is growing at 20%+ MoM and due to this rapid growth, along with a roadmap to multiply that significantly, a position has become available for a growth-minded Digital Marketing Manager or Growth Marketer with a proven track record and coming from a fast-growth environment to come on board and take the company through its next phase of growth.
Being a startup, you’ll be a key player in driving the marketing and growth for the company, leading the digital marketing strategy and execution for the company to lead it towards further growth and expansion into different regions. This role will be managing both B2B and B2C.
Responsibilities may include:
•Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing plans, campaigns and strategies to grow the business, acquire new customers both in Australia and Asia and grow revenue;
•Manage and maintain relationships with agency partners to execute digital strategies;
•Be hands-on with the strategy and execution on SEO, paid search/SEM as well as marketing automation with Hubspot
•Strategise and manage social media, display and affiliate campaigns as well as creating communities;
•Run experiments to optimise marketing and growth in order to acquire and retain businesses, partners and customers;
•Manage the digital marketing budget;
•Create and define customer behaviour and segments to best target your campaigns;
•Analyse data from campaigns to find best strategy, optimise spend and make recommendations for future campaigns;
•Create and roll out marketing campaigns and materials for multiple channels.
You are relentless in your pursuit of growth and have come out of a high-growth environment
•You have 3-5+ years’ experience in digital marketing;
•Highly experienced and hands-on with SEO, paid search/SEM and familiar with other channels such as social, affiliates, programmatic;
•You’re big on marketing automation and have experience in setting it up with CRM’s such as Hubspot, Salesforce etc;
•Always up to date with the market and industry;
•Agile thinker and operate with a lean startup mindset;
•Leadership qualities, with the ability to grow and lead a team, make and execute on decisions.
