They’re building a comprehensive Growth team and are now looking to hire a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead its enterprise relationships across the North America region.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will play a major part in ramping up its growth across North America, be a pivotal part of the Growth team and a leader in growth, retention and advocacy/referrals of users and Enterprises, creating success plans and ensuring they understand the software and business problems it solves.
This person will be the lead on many of the major Enterprise clients. As such, the employer is keen for someone who’d be comfortable in working with complex accounts and C-suite executives, GMs and someone who enjoys working with SaaS and loves software!
Ideally, you’re a strategic Client Experience or Customer Success Manager with a proven and successful track record of building trust, nurturing and building relationships with customers within large, complex enterprises and implementing a land and expand strategy.
You’re also someone who is passionate about software, tech and the business problems they solve. You’re also up-to-date with the tech world. You’re comfortable and confident with SaaS products and not afraid of exploring software suites in depth in order to maximise your customer’s use of the platform and give them a great experience.
